Being an experienced club, we know that parents are always looking for the best situation for their daughter, AND many clubs “cross the line” ethically and try to lure players away.  We could list the number of Rising Force members that have been tricked into a “better” deal over the years, only to come back to us or admit that they were duped by a good speech.

Why stay with the Rising Force?

GREAT COACHING! - We have a great mix of experienced college and high school coaches as well as former college players.  No parents coaching their kids, no coaches coaching multiple teams.  Check the resumes of the other club coaches.

Spending tons of money traveling the country does not guarantee better exposure.  We have LESS TRAVEL COSTS.

You know pretty much what you are getting with our club.  Weigh that against the many unknowns by going with another club.  Other clubs are going to say anything they think will get you in their club.  With us you know you will get HONESTY and INTEGRITY.  Just the fact that they are recruiting our players without first informing us tells you about their integrity.  There are not any rules against this, but common sense tells you that it is not right.  If you contacted them first, that is a different story.

You will get challenging practices and skill sessions; they are not optional; ALL players need to continue to develop…or a player is just re-doing bad habits.  Our focus is in DEVELOPMENT, not just repetition of bad habits.

We focus on a TEAM APPROACH; it is not just run-and-gun offense; high school & college coaches want to see that you can execute an offense…they don’t want to see brainless running back & forth on the court…they want to see good shot selection.

For those that desire to play in college, we know what college coaches are looking for.  The college coaches don’t like working with the AAU coaches mostly because many are just “sharks”.  Our approach is different and more likeable by the college coaches and we have a solid relationship with college coaches…they know we don’t oversell our players…they TRUST us!

Our PROFILE RESUMES, that we create for free and are sent to college coaches, will save you tons of bucks.

We demand proper ATTITUDE and BEHAVIOR.  Have you seen how other club members and coaches carry themselves?

Our club is known for putting out solid, FUNDAMENTALLY SOUND players.  Maybe this is why the other clubs are always raiding the Rising Force for players.  We don’t steal other players away...unless they see that we are the better deal regarding a great combination of player development and college exposure.

Don’t be fooled by clubs that tell you they get more players into college.  These clubs take way too much credit for this anyways!  Players get themselves into college by developing skills and having “Hoops IQ”, not just playing.  We had THREE division-one signings in 2007 and have many playing college ball now!

You can still have a life!  We don’t overdo it.  More is not necessarily better.  Challenge yourself this summer without wasting your entire spring and summer!  We offer the right balance to avoid physical and mental burnout!

Like the old local TV commercial states, “Go shop the rest, then come back to the best.”  Nobody will put more effort into helping you achieve your goals!  We wish you a successful and fun spring and summer of hoops!
